MMC Norilsk Nickel’s corporate website among the three leaders in Russia

MMC Norilsk Nickel’s corporate website was rated one of the three leaders among websites of Russian Companies by a European consultancy company Hallvarsson&Hallvarsson (http://www.webranking.eu/).
It is the new version of the site launched on March 20, 2008 that was highly appraised. The new orderly structured site designed in a more colorful and stylish fashion contains more sections dedicated to important areas of the Company’s activities. The primary reason for the website upgrade was the Company’s commitment to implementing best corporate governance and information disclosure standards in its new capacity of a global player.
The researches that have been conducted by Hallvarsson&Hallvarsson since 1997 are considered the most trustworthy in Europe, being addressed to the investment community, analysts and business journalists. Corporate websites are rated with regard to the following criteria: availability and openness of financial information, completeness and quality of information disclosed to investors and mass media as well as general information about the company.
