DME Direct™ and ClearPort Clearing® Fee Schedule for the Financially Settled Brent and Oman Crude Oil Futures Contracts

The Dubai Mercantile Exchange Limited (DME) wishes to remind Clearing Members, Members and Non-Members that the three month fee holiday granted for the DME Brent Crude Oil Financial Contract and DME Oman Crude Oil Financial Contract from the launch date of June 2, 2008 will cease on August 29, 2008. The DME fee schedule will be implemented effective trade date Tuesday, September 2, 2008. Please note that Monday, September 1, 2008 is US Labour Day, a separate Notice to Members will be published announcing the trading and processing schedule for this holiday.
