Osaka Securities Exchange Co., Ltd. and Tokyo Stock Exchange Group, Inc. hereby announce that they have agreed to conduct a business combination and entered into a Business Combination Agreement, pursuant to the resolutions adopted at the Companies’ respective Boards of Directors meetings held today.
