ISE Announces New Board Member

NEW YORK, April 28, 2009 – The International Securities Exchange (ISE) today announced that Michael T. Juneman has been elected to its Board of Directors, representing ISE’s Primary Market Makers (PMMs).

Mr. Juneman is currently Head of U.S. Options Exchanges at Citadel Derivatives Group LLC, a position he has held since 2005. Prior to joining Citadel, Mr. Juneman spent nine years with Timber Hill LLC, where he rose to the position of Vice President and Officer. He began his career in 1991 as a trader at the Chicago Board Options Exchange, where he held various positions on the trading floor. From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Juneman served on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. Currently, he serves on several committees at the Chicago Board Options Exchange and ISE. In addition to numerous exchange memberships, Mr. Juneman is a member of the Securities Traders Association, the Securities Traders Association of Chicago, and The Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University.
