Grain Trader - Soft Commodities

My client, based in Canada (location to be discussed), is looking to bring on a junior grain trader to join their successful and therefore expanding team. The role will be to focus on the trading of grains from suppliers and customers in international locations.
It is important and a definite pre-requisite that you have either grain merchandising or grain trading experience to apply for this position. Preferably you will have at least 3 years grain trading experience already, but my client will accept candidates who only have 18months grain trading experience also.
You will be working in a team environment with some individual work also; so you need to be a team player yet also resilient and competent working on your own.
You will be liaising on a daily basis with clients, customers, suppliers and your peers; therefore you must have excellent communication skills.
This role would suit someone who is looking for a long term role as a grain trader and is hard working and enthusiastic.
You must have a good understanding of the grain markets to apply for this role.
You must be computer proficient also.
It is ideal that you have good existing relationships with suppliers.
Languages: Must speak English fluently. Knowledge or fluency in other languages is by no means essential but preferred.
Location: The role will be located in Canada, having the right to work here already would be highly preferable.
