A leading US bank is looking to recruit a real time power trader who is highly-driven to work on global markets and join the group’s trading team in Houston. The role is focused on trading power in real time and so experience in this market is essential. They are looking for someone to join their team within the next few months.

Responsibilities for Trader – Power Trader, Houston, Real Time, Junior, Salary: Highly Competitive, (Trader, Real Time, Power, East (PJM), Houston, Junior):

• Real Time Power trading
• Power trading on the Eastern markets (PJM mainly)
• Experience within the Eastern markets is essential

Skills / Attributes required for Trader – Power Trader, Houston, Real Time, Junior, Salary: Highly Competitive, (Trader, Real Time, Power, East (PJM), Houston, Junior):

• Junior level: 1-2 years experience within real time power trading
• MUST be knowledgeable of the eastern markets
• An excellent understanding and exposure to power trading
• Enthusiastic, hard-working
Good communication skills
