The Opportunity:

Our client is a leader in the food commodities import/export business with Domestic Operations servicing International customers spanning the Middle East, Africa and the Indian Subcontinent. Currently they are looking to add an experienced ‘Trader’ focused on the MENA regions (Middle East, North Africa).

International relocation is a possibility. Please note this candidate must speak Arabic and English. French would also be a strong asset.

Responsibilities:

Identify key players in the region
Develop penetration strategy to increase market share
Establish and implement short and long term goals and objectives
Ensure retention of existing business
Promote positive relations with key customers and brokers at all levels

Qualifications:

4 – 5 years of experience of business development experience (preferably in a trading environment)
Strong business acumen with understating of International business
Understanding and analysis of market trends and the relation of how it affects the MENA region
Knowledge of International trade terms and risks
Ability to adjust with customer and region needs
