Senior Trader – LME aluminium trader, London

Our client is an international physical trading house looking to expand its LME trading desk. We are considering candidates from both trading houses and derivative trading teams from the banks.

Responsibilities will include and are not limited to:

- Trading Aluminium

- Taking and managing proprietary positions on the base metals

- Take senior responsibility for the base metal books

- Look after the junior traders and lease with physical trading team

Successful candidates for this role will:

- Have at least 10 years LME trading experience

- Have passed their required FSA examinations

- Have suitable experience in the base metals trading

- Be based in London (or able to relocate at short notice)

- Be hard working and willing to make a positive contribution to an entrepreneurial LME trading team

- Show profitable revenue generations
