We are currently working with a niche soft commodity trading house specialised in the coffee space that is looking to hire an experienced physical coffee trader. They require a candidate with several years coffee trading experience and some established customer/supplier relationships in the area to potentially head a small team and run a trading book for the firm.

Responsibilities for Physical Coffee Trader, London, Salary: £100-120, (Coffee, Soft Commodity, Physical, Trader):

· Running a lucrative trading book dealing with physical coffee products

· Trading predominantly robusta coffee beans to capitalize on market volatility

· Working on global coffee markets to establish, maintain and devlop relationships with customers and suppliers

· Help to develop and grow the team further over the next 12 months

· Provide support to business development and marketing teams

Skills / Attributes required for Physical Coffee Trader, London, Salary: £100-120, (Coffee, Soft Commodity, Physical, Trader):

· Vice-President to Director level in terms of experience trading physical coffee

· A proven and consistent trading track record in the soft commodity space

· Ideally have a background working at a major financial firm or commodity trade house

· Established relationships with coffee industry players and customers

· Be entrepreneurially minded and highly driven

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Be willing to be based in London
