A very successful Dutch EQD market making firm is expanding to the operations officerfast growing Asian market. They are seeking to fill a back office support role for their new Hong Kong office.
Successful candidates will received a 4-6 months training in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
-Performing daily Trade reconciliation
-Performing daily Position reconciliation
-Performing daily Cash+fees reconciliation
-Keeping track of all stock and derivatives positions
-Calculating difference between Mark to market PnL and theoretical PnL
-Calculating Credit Usage
-Processing Corporate Actions in Trading Systems through rebookings
-Processing Professional Broker Trades
-Processing derivatives expiries
-Checking broker invoices
-Checking exchange invoices
-Processing Stock settlements/pendings
-Understanding of the local markets (HK+other asian countries)
