In demurrage negotiations, the person with the greatest knowledge and experience will inevitably be best placed to find opportunities for saving money. We have arranged a cocktail reception at the end of the first...

This two-day seminar is designed to be as relevant as possible to the operator’s day-to-day responsibilities and will involve active participation by the delegates. The emphasis throughout will be on avoiding expensive errors and anticipating the type of problems which habitually draw trading companies into disputes. The course...

25th International Copper Conference

What lies in store for copper in 2012? For the past couple of years, strong consumption growth coupled with mine supply shortfalls have kept copper prices high and volatile – fuelled further by the investor community’s penchant for the red metal. But the last few months of economic jitters in the Eurozone, tighter monetary policy in China and sluggish demand in North America have led to rapid downgrading of copper price forecasts by a number of market commentators. Metal Bulletin Events’ landmark 25th International Copper Conferencewill provide an informative and timely forum, early in the year, to analyse and discuss the key challenges facing copper as we move through 2012. With Germany the world’s largest exporter of copper semis and Hamburg home to Europe’s largest producer of cathode...
